Zoom has gone hybrid

Even at the Zoom offices hybrid work is being utilized. Excerpt from the article - "Many people do want to work from offices—even people at Zoom. They just don’t want to work from offices every day in the ways they always have." It's clear hybrid work isn't going anywhere.

At kamp, we quickly realized it was more productive to brainstorm and collaborate in person, while allowing for flexibility on days we aren't connecting.
