Founder, CEO and Managing Broker of Kamp Real Estate & Development, LLC Jennifer brings more than 20 years of experience in urban planning, real estate and development. She excels at site selection, market analysis, design-based solutions to unique real estate challenges and entitlement strategy. She is responsible for leading our brokerage and development services and focuses on the strategic growth of our firm.

Partner and counsel, Nick is a practicing real estate attorney in the Twin Cities and Wisconsin. In his practice he is focused on land use, entitlement, contract negotiations and development strategy. He is responsible for vetting projects, assisting with entitlements and contract negotiations.
