SISU River Falls receives Preliminary Development Approval

The City of River Falls approved Kamp’s Preliminary Development plan for the SISU 66-unit multi-family apartment project last night. The project is planned with Kamp’s innovative Work-from-Home (WFH) floorplans in every unit. Anticipated to serve growing demand from seniors, professionals and students in the River Falls area. In the coming months Kamp will be preparing final development plans for submission, with planned construction development in 2025.
