Brainerd EDA lists Industrial Park and Annex Building

Kamp’s sister company SHC has been working with the Brainerd Economic Development Authority for the past few years, helping the EDA to position City-owned properties for redevelopment. After several years of master planning, market study and evaluation the Brainerd EDA, with approval from the City Council, hired Kamp Real Estate & Development to list more than 50-acres for sale. The offerings include a platted, shovel-ready industrial park, vacant industrial/mixed-use land and annex building.
